Jen is great to work with because she takes a very positive approach. She talks with you about easy ways to incorporate items into your diet that will help you to succeed. I have lost 8 pounds and a total of 7.5 inches in my measurements. I have also become more aware of the food choices I am making and how to best balance my meals to provide the nutrition my body requires (calcium, iron, etc).

Jen made me feel very comfortable right way. When explaining my history I felt not judgement from her. She was very empathetic and listen to my story. She understood what I was trying to accomplish and found a way to integrate what was important to me. Before I began working with Jen I had slowly allowed myself to gain unwanted pounds. In the past few years I had tried various fad diets and had a lot of information jumbled in my head. I needed someone to help me sort out all the information, get rid of the bad advice and hold on to the good and then find a way to incorporate it into my lifestyle. I lost just under 5 pounds and 3.5 inches. I was able to clean up my eating, get onto a more realistic eating plan. With Jen’s help I added exercise back into my daily routine.

The program helped me to understand what to eat and all about the macros. I started being more conscientious before I started the program, and my beginning weight then was 138. I was 135 when I filled out the paperwork and ended the program at 125! Seeing results really motivated me to start exercising even more. Jen’s knowledge, calm and supportive demeanor and food and recipe suggestions are top notch! Also, the nutrition tracker is the best I have ever used.
