Jen is a kind and caring person, and she is very interested in helping her clients. We started working with a 1400 calorie per day diet, but soon realized that counting calories was not good for me. She quickly helped me work at another plan which is working well. Happy to report that I am eating more protein and overall eating more!!! Feeling more satiated than before.
