Jen offered me advice to make a lifestyle change through making conscious food choices. The goal I set with Jen for this program was to lose 20 pounds in 8 weeks. With Jen’s help I surpassed that goal by 3 pounds. But I learned a lot through this, too. I learned how to eat properly.
