I spoke with a few dietitians, and really enjoyed Jen’s philosophy on weight loss. She didn’t offer any fast trendy diets or magic pills that wouldn’t make me want to eat. Jen offered me advice to make a lifestyle change through making conscious food choices. The goal I set with Jen for this program was to lose 20 pounds in 8 weeks. With Jen’s help I surpassed that goal by 3 pounds. But I learned a lot through this, too. I learned how to eat properly.
