The challenges I faced were understanding the affects that certain foods had on my diet. Jen was very helpful in laying a foundation for me to build upon. I sleep much better. My daily aches / pains have lessened. My overall health is much improved. I’m much more open to try foods that I may not have been open to in the past. I was very happy with time working with Jen and would highly recommend her services to anyone who is in need of help with their Nutrition.
