Nutrition Services
Initial Consultation includes:
- Detailed discussion of health and medical history and all information provided on intake forms
- Discussion of current dietary intake and preferences
- Discussion of current lifestyle with identification of any barriers
- Personal Goals
- Care Plan
Lab testing may be recommended at the initial visit
Follow Up Session Includes:
- Review of labs and test results if requested
- Personalized dietary recommendations and meal suggestions
- Supplement recommendations if applicable
- Goal setting
Subsequent Follow Up Sessions Include:
- Review of goals, discussion of progress
- Review of any challenges or barriers
- Focus on personal accountability
- Further in depth nutrition education if requested
I currently do not work with the following:
- Patients under the age of 18
- Anyone with an eating disorder or history of eating disorders
Reminder: 24 Hour Cancellation and No Show Policy
Right Balance Nutrition has a 24 hour Cancellation policy. This policy includes a $50 late cancellation / “No Show” fee. This fee is billed directly to you and is not covered by insurance. Please remember that each time you miss an appointment without providing proper notice, another client is prevented from receiving care. Your provider’s time is impacted as well. Thank you for respecting this policy moving forward.
